HELP: Purchasing Downloads

Not all galleries allow you to purchase downloads, but for those that do there are a few ways you can buy them.

‣ If you are purchasing one or two downloads, just pick a large or small download from the shopping cart area and click "Add to Cart".  Single downloads should be the same price whatever method you choose, so this is the simplest.

‣ If you are purchasing multiple downloads, you can save by purchasing the "Download All Images" option found in smaller galleries such as headshots and graduation portraits.  You'll get all the photos in your gallery for a flat price (some restrictions apply).

‣ For very large galleries (such as weddings), you can purchase a pack of "Download Credits" and then select your favourite photos for instant download. 

Single Purchase (Best for fewer downloads)

To purchase your photos without using credits, you can simply add the purchase to your shopping cart and "check out". 

• Navigate to the photo you wish to purchase.
• Click the Cart  to open the store area
• Click the "Downloads" tab at the top of the product listing
• Choose the size of download you wish to purchase
• Click "Add to Cart"
• Repeat for any additional images you wish to purchase
• Click "View Cart" at the top of the screen
• Complete the checkout process.

That's it! The photos will be available for download immediately after payment; if photo editing is required we will contact you when a finished version is ready.

Large Download of ALL images

Note that this product is only available in smaller galleries (50 photos or less).   Purchasing this item will let you download high quality copies of all photos in your gallery. The price is $199.99 for 20 images or fewer; additional photos are $9.99 each. You can use the   Favourites feature to limit your order to just your favourite images.

• Navigate to the photo you wish to purchase.
• Click the Cart  to open the store area
• Click the "Downloads" tab at the top of the product listing
• Choose "Large Download of ALL Images"
• Click "Add to Cart"

HELP: Designing Your Album

Your photo book will be an amazing keepsake.  Our professional designers will take your selected photos and craft them into a photo book that will impress your family and become a cherished treasure in your home.

To get started, we need you to select your favourite photos of course!  Open up your photo gallery so you can see the shopping area, and click on the Albums tab.  Select the type of album you would like best, review the size and other options, and then add it to your cart.

Click "Continue Shopping" and you will be brought back to your photo gallery.  When you view a photo now, you will see a large button marked "Add Photo to Album".  (This text will change slightly depending which album you chose.)  Click this button to add the photo on screen to your book.

Once you have added a photo, the text  ​(photo selected)​  will appear on the button.  You'll also see a small thumbnail of your selected photo appear under the "Selected Photos" list; if you change your mind, you can click the "X" to remove an image from your selections.

That's the complicated part!  Keep going until you have filled your album with all your favourite images.  If you run over the allowable number of photos or have any concerns or requests, remember to get in touch!
